We will have an awareness team and security both in the play areas and upstairs. You can always reach out to them if you have any questions or need assistance. If for some reason you can't find a security member, please go to the reception — we'll help you and make sure your concern is addressed.

They will always be present at the entrance to the main play area, inside the play zones, and upstairs. They were easy to spot last time — and will be again this time too!
