If you encounter aspects of our events that you feel could be improved, like wait times at the bar or restroom, we kindly request you to consider whether it's an issue directly related to our organisation (program, rules, ticket scanning) or the venue itself (bar service, facilities, staff). If it's the latter, please keep in mind that there are limitations to what we can influence. We have dedicated team members who constantly provide us with feedback, so rest assured that your concerns are heard without even telling us. If you saw something - we also saw it. Always think twice before wasting your time running to us and screaming about it.
